10px;">为响应国家3060的双碳政策，娃哈哈积极推动安装分布式光伏发电装置来逐步建立多能互补、化石能源与新能源的优化组合，进而建立以可再生能源为主体的低碳绿色用电体系。文成娃哈哈饮料未来工厂一共安装了4.5MW分布式光伏，总发电面积相当于14.69个标准足球场，年可发用电量130万度左右，可减少二氧化碳排放量1020.5吨。</p><p 10px;">文成娃哈哈饮料未来工厂践行绿色生产，通过蒸汽冷凝水回收、RO浓水回收、关键用水点节水管理、污水治理过程中的臭味生物净化处理技术等，降低水的消耗和污水排放，提升水资源利用率。通过一系列的绿色节水技术的应用，年可节水达10000吨以上。</p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 10px;">更值得一提的是，文成娃哈哈饮料未来工厂首次应用了娃哈哈自主研发的柔性智能化低排放CIP系统。生产中的每一路工艺管道可根据生产产品的不同，工艺不同，自动调用相应的清洗程序，清洗参数，进行定制化的清洗，确保每路管道清洗时间最短，效果最优，能耗最低。对清洗使用的酸碱采用特殊的回收处理再利用技术，部分清洗水经特殊工艺处理后循环利用，大大降低水的消耗和污水排放。项目实施后文成工厂每年降低清洗用水和污水排放52%，降低酸碱消耗30%。</p><p
