16px;">双桂几乎家家都会做酒，但均以自酿自饮型为主，且民间酿酒一直是手工传承制作，受技艺高低不同限制，千家做酒千个味。基于此，双桂乡人大建议酿酒“共富工坊”开放酿酒车间生产线，积极吸纳民间力量参与生产，以平台共建实现技术共享，推动民间酿酒技艺的提升，累计培育酿酒技能人才50余人，实现双桂酒香“香飘千万里”。深度挖掘非遗传承人叶茂实带富能力，组织开展非遗技术传承学习活动——红密烧酿造技艺，组建酿酒技艺指导团队，通过统一生产标准、常态化技术指导，保障产品品质推动产业发展。现如今，双桂民间酿酒作坊由原来的不到10家增加至30余家。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section 16px;">双桂乡人大根据乡史乡情乡貌，常态化开展“酒文化共富”研讨会，通过走访群众、实地调研，收集当地制乌衣红粬技艺、糯米酿酒技艺等非物质文化，探寻粬坊遗址、古道、古树、古桥等文物古迹，以“酒文化”研学基地场景打造为依托，发挥文化软实力。根据调研结果，主席团建议探索“酿酒+文化+旅游”的融合发展新模式，打造集酒器陈列、溯源展示、酿酒体验、品酒休憩于一体的酒文化研学基地，通过研学游、主题游、沉浸游等活动实现从“对外卖产品”到“向内引游客”的转变，为双桂的绿水青山转变为金山银山开辟新通道。</span></p></section></section><section
